Visiting UrbanGlass

UrbanGlass is comprised of two primary spaces: the Agnes Varis Arts Center which is open to the public; and our studios which can be seen during our Saturday 1pm tours or by appointment.

Agnes Varis Art Center, containing the Robert Lehman Gallery and the UrbanGlass|ware Store is open to the public and free of charge during the hours listed in the footer. Shop with us online, at store.urbanglass.org or learn more about exhibitions that are on-view in our Gallery at urbanglass.org/events.

Free tours of the UrbanGlass studios are available every Saturday at 1pm. Tours depart from the Agnes Varis Art Center, 647 Fulton Street, at Rockwell Place. Saturday tours are conducted during regular working studio hours, and do not include glass making demonstrations. For information on open houses and scheduled, formal demonstrations, please visit the events page.

While you are in the area, we recommend a bite to eat across the street at Gotham Market at The Ashland, where you can see the colorful, hand blown chandeliers made by artist and designer team KEEP in the UrbanGlass studios!
